Worm Reduction Gearbox: The worm has right hand thread and solid with its shaft, and is made from high grade alloy steel [en 24] to give high torsion care strength combined with a hard wear resting surface. it is accurately ground on all the diameters.
Worm Wheel: The worm wheel consists of a cast phosphor bronze [ pb 2] rim shrunk and keyed on a cast iron centre for the bigger units and solid casting of phosphor bronze for all units.
Gear Housing: It is made of close grain cast iron, large cooling fins on both sides and adequate cooling area improves efficiency.
Oil Seals: Best qualities oil seals are used.
Bearings: Speed reducer are fitted with taper roller bearings of generous proportions to withstand journal and thrust loads and have an ample margin for taking overhung loads also.
Guarantee: Every jaycon worm reduction gear unit is guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects. if any gear is becoming defective within guarantee period the same will be repaired or replaced free of charge provided it is sent to our works on its carriage paid. any defect caused by accident transit or misuse is not covered by guarantee.
